About Potential Engineering · Since 1997

Building with confidence since 1997.

Founded in New York City by Sam Ghaida, PE, Potential Engineering has grown from a structural engineering practice into an architecture and engineering firm for complex, high-end buildings, with offices in New York City and Miami.

Owners, developers and Class A architects bring us in when the work is complex. We design, scan, coordinate and inspect under one roof, so every project is resolved in the model first and built right the first time.
