Facade Safety Inspection Program (FISP)
Safety and security in our work is our ultimate responsibility. When New York City announced The Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), formerly known as Local Law 11/98, we wanted to help pioneer a new level of safety in the city. FISP involves an inspection of a building's exterior facades of buildings over 7-stories tall are aware of their contribution to public safety. Historic Preservation
We provide strategies to restore a building's architectural and structural integrity leveraging our expertise in building documentation, historic analysis, and condition evaluation. We assess the pros and cons of conventional and modern repair approaches on each project and counsel clients on decisions that are subject to milestone specifications.
To pre-qualify our recommended contractors and oversee work during construction, our team retains a working knowledge of historic assemblies and techniques. To extend the longevity of the structures, we combine our inspection, architecture, and construction services.
